Boost Your Job Search using KITOS! Toolkit

KITOS!(Kickstarting International Talent's Occupational Success) Toolkit is a gamified toolkit developed as part of Talent Vantaa project to strengthen the integration of job seekers or students with a foreign background into Finland and Finnish working life. 

KITOS! toolkit helps players to outline the first steps and paths that should be taken into account when integrating into Finnish culture and working life. KITOS! offers a new kind of playful approach to employment activities, student tutoring, study guidance and career planning.
 

KITOS! is aimed at
 

• Job seekers or students with a foreign background who have moved to Finland

• Organizations working with employment measures and education guidance services, whose clients are job seekers or students with a foreign background

   

KITOS!  is particularly suitable for the following situations, for example:
 

• For an initial meeting with a job seeker or a student with a foreign background
• For all stages of the job search e.g. job search workshops, networking events
• At the beginning of the course as part of getting to know each other  e.g. just the game section
