Has your company considered cooperation with a university or university of applied sciences, but you’re not sure where to begin? Do you have English job, internship or project opportunities to which you could consider hiring international students?

Talent Helsinki event brings together companies and higher education institutions to find opportunities for cooperation. The goal of the event is to advance cooperation between English degree programs and companies in the capital region, in order to help international students to find more work life contacts and job opportunities. University-company collaboration can mean e.g. project courses, thesis cooperation or offering internship placements.

The event will present models of existing university-company collaboration. In addition, companies will have a chance to network and discuss about possible cooperation opportunities with university representatives in virtual 1:1 meetings.

When: Thursday 14 October at 13:00 – 16:00

Where: Deal Room event platform; registration will open during September

For whom: Companies that want to reach out to international students or map out opportunities for university cooperation, and Staff members of universities and universities of applied sciences (e.g. representatives of English degree programs / corporate partnerships)

This time is allocated to 1:1 meetings that you can book beforehand or during the event. This is your chance to make new connections and find out what kind of cooperation could be suitable for your organization. There will be time for 5 meetings / person (one meeting is scheduled to last 20 minutes).
