Welcome to Vantaa’s 50th Trade and Commerce Day! The theme of the day will be Bold renewal – growth in transformative times. To honor the anniversary, we will review highlights from past events and focus on future opportunities. The exhibition provides networking possibilities for forming meaningful connections, collaborations and partnerships. The event will be hosted by Reino Meriläinen, Director of the Helsinki Region Chamber of Commerce’s regional office in Vantaa and Viivi Raitio, City of Vantaa’s Expert in strategic foresight.

Information about the event

Vantaa Trade and Commerce Day is Vantaa’s largest trade and business seminar. Approximately 500 local entrepreneurs and business representatives as well as other stakeholders and Vantaa decision-makers take part in Trade and Commerce Day every year. Trade and Commerce Day is organized by the Business Vantaa network: The City of Vantaa, Vantaan Yrittäjät, Vantaa Vocational College Varia and the Helsinki Region Chamber of Commerce.

ARRIVAL

Public transport to the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport

The P and I trains run between Helsinki city center and Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, with a travel time of only 30 minutes. There is an indoor route from the airport’s train station to the hotel and terminal. In addition, HSL’s airport bus 600 runs regularly from the Helsinki railway station to the airport. We recommend using public transportation for sustainability and to avoid traffic and parking costs.

Accessibility

All conference facilities and floors are wheelchair accessible by elevator and there are accessible toilets on four floors. The Runway event space is fully accessible.
