Individual Assignments

Participants complete weekly assignments and exercises independently throughout the program. These activities are designed to help them apply what they learn in the workshops to their own career goals and development.

Peer Accountability

Participants support one another through an accountability buddy system and peer support. This helps maintain motivation, encourages progress, and provides opportunities to share experiences and insights.

Active Participation

Final Event
