Talent Hackday 2026 gives three companies or startups an exciting opportunity to solve real business challenges together with outstanding international talent already living in Finland. It’s a fast, practical way to access fresh ideas, new perspectives, and global expertise — while boosting your employer brand within the international community.

The two‑day Talent Hackday 2026 will take place at Startup Runway, Lentäjäntie 3, on 5–6 March 2026. The event is held in English and facilitated by Startup Refugees and Talent Vantaa.
