The workspace and event venue Business Vantaa Hub is located in the lobby of Leija, a center for business services, at Elannontie 3, Vantaa. The hub that can be used free of charge serves as an accessible meeting venue for businesses, entrepreneurs and business partners.
For what kind of meetings and events is the venue intended?
The space has especially been used:
• for business events and events for entrepreneurs
• as a coworking space and meeting place (with a walk-in principle)
• for meeting business partners
• as a general get-together venue
• please note that for any other purposes, permission is required
When is the venue open?
The space is available for use on business days at 07:00–18:00. Please bear in mind that the doors close at 16:00, whereby entry without an access tag is prohibited.
Why is this a good thing?
The purpose of Business Vantaa Hub is to bring together businesses, professionals, experts, talents and ideas, whereby an entire ecosystem is formed. Leija’s new venue serves as a practical platform for networking, cooperation and collaboration.

Is it necessary to book the space for co-working in advance or can I just show up?
You don’t have to make a reservation in advance. If you need privacy, we advise you to check if any events are taking place by browsing the event calendar below.
Is it possible to register Leija as my company address?
Not at this point, unfortunately.
Who can book the venue for events?
As of now, the venue can be booked by units working with the City of Vantaa’s companies, Vantaan Yrittäjät, The Helsinki Region Chamber of Commerce and Vantaa Vocational College Varia.
Arrival
Right next to Leija, there is a large parking lot. All parking spaces marked with a Leija sign can be used. Beware that some of the spaces have a two-hour limit and require the use of a parking disc. Public transport is also a convenient option, with bus stops only a short walking distance away.
How to book meeting room Kiitorata, adjacent to the venue
Meeting room Kiitorata, right next to the Business Vantaa Hub, serves as a quiet and functional location for small-scale meetings and gatherings.
Who can utilize the meeting room? Entrepreneurs and business representatives as well as members of Business Vantaa’s partnership network are welcome to book the meeting room. The space is suitable for 8–10 people.
When can the meeting room be used? The space can be used Monday to Friday at 8:00–16:00. You can make a reservation for a maximum of 60 minutes. The booking calendar is available here: Bookings Kiitorata.
Where is the meeting room located? The meeting room is adjacent to the workspace and event venue Business Vantaa Hub, located on Leija’s ground floor at Elannontie 3, Vantaa.
How is the meeting room equipped? The meeting room contains two small tables, a large table, six chairs, a sofa and three armchairs. There’s also a video projector.
