Eminus Industries Oy is piloting in snowy Tikkurila
Christmas is just around the corner, but there are no breaks in experimentation. Around Winterfest in Tikkurila, a software program developed by Eminus Industries Oy, based on teaching artificial intelligence algorithms, is being tested. The trial will use the city's existing camera infrastructure.
The experiment is part of the FAIRedih project's testbed activity.

Eminus Industries is an Espoo-based company founded in 2023 that has developed software consisting of several real-time artificial intelligence algorithms that can be used as a dual-use product to improve military capabilities and enhance the security of civil society in a very wide sector.
The company's founders, Nico Aksentjeff and Anton Glad, see the starting point for development as how different actors can make more efficient use of existing camera infrastructure, allowing human and financial resources to be allocated to more important tasks that machine learning models cannot do.
The company is developing device-independent AI software that can be easily integrated into existing operations, improving human privacy compared to existing systems by focusing only on desired security breaches, for example in urban areas.
The autonomous software provides advanced analytics and action recommendations based on the intended use. The software developed by the company has received good feedback and will be further developed with various stakeholders.
Eminus Industries puts safety and responsibility at the forefront of all its activities, contributing to a more peaceful future.
